If you look at the Message Source (Ctrl-F3 in OE), you'll be able to read the plain text version which is complete. HTML E-mails
Virtually everything I get in html that I have any interest in reading would be easier to read in plain text. Most of the time it is only in html because the sender isn't competent or doesn't care enough to make it be in plain text. Most of it is just in html because the sender thought some odd color was pretty or

AOL Cannot read large mails - Why ?
When I want to force each outgoing email to be sent as plain text, I just uncheck that (and select plain text as Mail Sending Format). Is there a way to read mail as text and not HTML?
You could read the file into a string and use that as the source for your email body. However sending the email as HTML will only work if their email client will read html text or is not set to read emails as plain text only, this is nothing to do with Access it is a function of their email client and something

Display plain text messages in a fixed-sized font
If formatting doesn't add anything, and if pretty colours make things harder to read, and plain text-isms like *emphasis* are okay, then why have you bothered Formatted emails are a natural progression of their plain-text ancestors... in addition to simple GUI and useability benefits, they can also subtly add

Currently, reading plain text messages is cumbersome. Is this a bug (number?), or am I misunderstanding something? PS. Outside of that, on message format -- on should use plain text or html since Outlook is just about the only mail client that understands RTF. Any help would be appreciated.
